Hermann is a pharmaceutical industry veteran with over 35 years of experience. He has held key management positions across several global companies - NextPharma, GSK and Jenapharm.

He was co-founder and managing director at NextPharma which was sold to Sun Capital in 2011.

Co-inventor of Germany's largest selling oral contraceptive, he is co-founder of Navad and co-inventor of Navad's pipeline.

An eminent scientist, Prof. Dr. Michel Oettel is the inventor of the API Dienogest. He has more than half a dozen hormonal NDAs on the market with peak sales that run into billions of dollars. He is a pioneer in ethinyl estradiol free contraceptives.

With over a hundred significant scientific publications and dozens of patents in female health, he has pioneered many leading concepts in women's health and is co-inventor of Navad's lead product.

He was the Head of Research at the Institute of the Academy of Sciences in Germany, former Head of R&D at Jenapharm, Head of Marketing in Women's Health at Schering AG, and a former member of WHO's special task force on Reproductive Health.

PhD in Physical Chemistry, accomplished scientist with 10 years work in academia followed by 21 years R&D experience in industry as CSO at Synthon, VP R&D at the Nordic group and Head R&D at Leon Farma (Chemo Group).

Responsible for pharmaceutical development of women’s healthcare products since 2006; which include a full line of generic oral contraceptives for main markets, NDA ulipristal acetate, drospirenone POP as well as Exelgyn’s pipeline, i.e. mifepristone, first misoprostol 400 mcg for medical abortion and vaginal rings.

Prof. Sven O. Skouby has had a distinguished career in women's health. He is a professor of obstetrics and gynaecology at the University of Copenhagen and the University of Southern Denmark.

Additionally he is an active practitioner consulting with the department of gynaecology and obstetrics at Herlev Hospital in Denmark.

He is one of the founders of the European Society of Contraception and Reproductive Health and was its president from 2000-2004.

He was a board member of the International Menopause Society from 2004-2010. With 150+ publications and 550+ lectures at International scientific congresses, he has made a significant contribution to academia in his career.

Prithi is a serial entrepreneur who has built three successful start-ups. With a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically women's health, he has held key positions in management, R&D, manufacturing, marketing and clinical development.

He co-founded Naari, a vertically integrated women's health player.
